Salvation ABCs

The Gospel means “Good News” - Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, He was buried, and He rose again the third day.

1 Corinthians 15:1-4, Isaiah 53, Hosea 6:1-2, Psalm 22, Genesis 22 KJV.

Jesus said, “for of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks” Luke 6:45 KJV

It means saying a simple prayer, out loud, calling on the name of Jesus Christ, admitting you are a sinner, that you are sorry for your sins, and asking forgiveness, the same as a child would sincerely and humbly ask forgiveness from their earthly parents. By asking for salvation, you are going to declare an oath of your own to God that you will become his child and follow Jesus, our example. See Isaiah 45:23 KJV.

And Peter declared, “for there is no other name under heaven given among men, whereby we MUST be saved.” Acts 4:12 KJV

Only by the name of Jesus Christ, God’s Oath must men be saved. God made it easy, only one choice, no alternatives. Jesus is the key that unlocks the prison door.

The spiritual death penalty received as wages from sin, will be lifted since you are a new creation, In Christ, and you are declared INNOCENT of all charges under the Law of Moses, for your past and present sins. Future sins require continued repentance. As you repent, your inner man will be changed and your actions will change. Romans 7.

Romans 10:9-13 explains the prayer pattern:

"9 That if thou shalt confess with thy MOUTH the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine HEART that God has raised him from the dead, thou shall be saved. 10 For with the HEART man believes unto righteousness; and with the MOUTH confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believes on him shall not be ashamed. 12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. 13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." Jesus said, “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30

Say this Simple Prayer for Salvation

"O God, I am a sinner. I'm sorry for my sin. I want to turn from my sin. I believe Jesus Christ is Your Son; I believe that He died on the cross for my sin and that He was buried and You raised Him to life. I have decided to place my faith in Jesus Christ as my Savior, trusting only in His shed blood as sufficient to save my soul and to take me to heaven. Thank You, Lord Jesus, for saving me. Amen."

Next Steps

Salvation and water baptism are your first steps. Congratulations and welcome to God’s kingdom. Be sure that you read your Bible and pray and repent daily.

Your next step should be seeking for the Holy Spirit Baptism in prayer for the power to live for God. You don’t need anyone to lay hands on you to receive it, even though that’s the traditional way. Hardly any so called churches today have faith to receive it. All Paul’s churches were Spirit Baptised. God’s Spirit is a gift and you need to ask for it, Jesus said.

You might not be changed in all respects yet, you may even have demons, especially if you have played with the Occult, but God will give you his Spirit anyway, to ensure that you are able to overcome all obstacles. If you don’t receive your prayer language in tongues the first time, you still have some repenting to do, Acts 5:32. You can find videos on YouTube to help you say the prayer.

Continued Repentance

Where you don’t have peace in your life, there are areas of sin you still need to repent of. If there are scriptures that make you angry, you have some things to repent of regarding them. If you have fears or any anxiety or depression about anything, you have demons to cast out. They are the ones who fear, not you. He has not given us a spirit of fear, but power, love and a sound mind. Demons are not cast out at salvation. The Bible says that God left some ites in the land to teach the Israelites to war. Derek Prince and others are great teachers in deliverance. The war with Satan doesn’t begin until you find the Cross.

Sanctification is the journey down the narrow way that leads to life, ridding ourselves of all unrighteousness of the flesh. Keeping Satan off the throne of our hearts. And keeping King Jesus on that throne. You cannot change yourself, but as you look to Jesus, he will help you. If you have the Holy Spirit infilling with tongues, it will be easier for you. I won’t apologize for churches not teaching it. Everything in the Bible is for today.

Church - Discipleship is Important - Without Knowledge My People Perish

When you attend a church, be sure they teach the Bible chapter and verse, and not just hand you off to a small group of works enslavement. It is the Word of God that you must eat like full meals until your mind is renewed. Works is a detour. When you choose a church, be sure to pay your tithe, because God will repay you for supporting that church both spiritually, in healing, and protection. He blesses the money you give and gives it back to you in ways that you need to grow. Read Malachi.

God bless you Christian, and may God richly bless you and your family. You will never be the same.

Tip: If you read the Gospels, in this order, Luke, John, Mark, then Matthew, you’ll see how they all fit together with Matthew as the overall framework. But if you start with Matthew, you can get bogged down.

The rest of your life now is preparing for the spiritual life to come. May the Lord Jesus make his face to shine upon you and give you peace.

Just who are the Four Horsemen of Revelation?

John said they were horsemen, they are the nations of horsemen. Islamic nations with standard colors of white, red, black, green. Islam are the nations of the Sword, and God said he would bring Israel out from under the Sword.

These horsemen had human precedent. The four great leaders of Islam rode these color horses. Today the Palestinian flag is like a herald with all four colors, but it is Hezbollah who has the cloros colored flag, the pale horse, the only flag colored like the color of Clorox which takes its name from the word cloros in Greek. All the horsemen are visible now in 2024. The nations of the sword that have come against Israel. They are waiting for the white horseman to receive his crown of leadership. The man of sin, the lawless one has not yet been made visible because the church is still on earth.

You'll need the Holy Spirit Baptism to be sure you are included in the remnant that escapes in the rapture. But like God said, you won't believe.
